New provisions for manufacturers of custom-made medical devices
On June 4th 2010 the Ministry of Health issued an announcement containing some instructions on how manufacturers of custom-made medical devices should provide customers with the declarations in compliance with Annex VIII of Law Decree 46/1997 and any further modifications.
