Italian Ministry of Health publishes the texts of 3 law decrees, as amended by Dir. 2007/47/EC

The Dir. 2007/47/EC has been implemented in Italy with the law decree 25 January 2010, no.37, that amends the law decrees 46/97 on MD, 507/92 on AIMD, and some parts of 332/00 on IVD. Now available on the Ministry website are the texts of the three amended law decrees (46/97, 507/92, 332/00 - italian).
