The Ministry of Health has issued a ministerial memorandum, providing clarifications about the use of new means for performing promotional activity concerning: medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, OTC products, surgical medical aids, veterinary medicinal products (link - Italian). The new means are: toll-free numbers, web, sms, mms, e-mail.
